Jordan Chiles was a really fun interview for my James Bond 007 episode. We talk about his nutrition and how he discovered carb back-loading after pounding 12 tacos on Taco Tuesday. We talk about his daily training and what it was like to train and compete with a team. He describes how he programs the workouts for his gym, CrossFit Provision.
You can tell Jordan is really passionate about what he does. He loves helping others find CrossFit and fitness. Even though he competes at a very high level, he takes the time to train athletes at all levels, and it shows by the growth of his gym.
