Running is mental, and all runners are crazy! Today’s podcast is with James Pettit. We talk about how important endurance is for a person’s fitness. James has run every distance from 100 meters to a marathon. His day job is practicing law at his family law firm, but his hobby is helping others reach their fitness goals. He programs classes for CrossFit Endurace at CrossFit Republic and works with Power and Grace athletes. He has also established a program called James’ Death Camp for some friends. He loves that he gets to train a wide range of athletes, from the beginner to the most advanced.
